Every lot comes from smallholder farmers and cooperatives who tend their plants by hand, at altitude. We source small quantities because quality lives in the specific, not the generic.

When we tell you a coffee was grown at 1,800 metres by a specific cooperative in La Paz, that is verifiable. We have spent years building those relationships, and we will show you the documentation.
